By booking an experience with Pine Quest you agree to the following terms.

Bookings & Payment

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Prices are per person and include VAT where applicable.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Pine Quest reserves the right to cancel any event due to unsafe weather conditions, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Participation

Participants take part at their own risk. Pine Quest is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in activities. All participants must follow the guide's instructions at all times.

Privacy

Personal data collected during booking is used solely to administer your reservation and will not be shared with third parties.
